Gross, Dylan - Arrest on charge of False Informing/Reporting at 589 Washington Ave/S Garvin St......Society - Victim of False Informing/Reporting at 999 S Garvin St/Washington Ave Evansville, IN between 15:25 06/20/2012 and 15:40 06/20/2012.
Detectives were in the process of arresting a subject for a manufacturing methamphetamine warrant and identifying other occupants of the vehicle. The offender gave two false names. He was arrested for two outstanding arrest warrants of false informing and a new charge of false informing. 

.... - Victim of Arson-single dwelling >5000 at 520 S Linwood Ave Evansville, IN between 05:20 06/20/2012 and 07:07 06/20/2012. 
I was called to 520 S Linwood Ave in reference to an arson. Upon arrival, I spoke with Investigator Mayer who stated that someone had started a fire inside the residence in the living room. Mayer thought that whoever started the fire didn't want to burn the structure down. Entry was made through an unsecured rear door and cause is undetermined at this time. No suspects. 

Rogers Jeweler Lawndale - Victim of Burglary-attempted at 918 S Green River Rd Evansville, IN between 00:00 06/20/2012 and 06:30 06/20/2012.
On 06-20-12 at approximately 030 hours, I was dispatched to 918 S Green River Rd in reference to roof top burglaries. Upon arrival, I spoke with reporter 1 and reporter 2 who work for Porter's Parking Area Maintenance..does the maintenance for victim. Reporter 1 stated that reporter 2 was up on the roof checking the air conditioner units on the businesses. ... Reporter 2 came down and showed me the pictures he had taken. The air conditioner above business had a panel that had been take off. Reporter 2 stated that there is no way the suspects could have gone inside the business from that air conditioner unit since it doesn't lead anywhere. Above (attached business) there is a metal cover that was loose. Reporter 2 stated that the suspects had made access in through this vent and came into the empty business. The suspects then climbed into a storage area between (businesses), as evident by the missing tiles in the ceiling. Nothing was missing in any of the businesses, but a report was requested to be made. 

Merrit, Daniel - Victim of Intimidation w/ weapon at 2400 Margybeth Ave Evansville, IN between 20:45 06/20/2012 and 20:48 06/20/2012.
Officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of Margybeth Ave for a person with a gun. Offices arrived and spoke with the first victim, Danny Merritt. Mr. Merritt advised his neighbor (witness) ran to his residence and requested he call the police. Mr. Merritt advised he stepped out to the roadway to see what the problem was. Mr. Merritt stated the first offender stuck a gun in his face and threatened to shoot him if he did not go back inside. Mr. Merritt advised he went back into his residence and called the police. Officers spoke with the second victim, a Daniel Porter, who advised he was riding an ATV on Margybeth when four subjects approached him at the intersection of Ruston and Margybeth. Mr. Porter stated the subjects followed him to his residence and this is when the witness ran to the Merritt residence for help. Mr. Porter advised the second offender threatened him verbally and was throwing rocks toward him and the involved other party. Both victims were given a case number and the report was turned over the to the detective division.

State of Indiana - Victim of Traffic-reckless driving at unreasonable high/low speed at 7907 E Morgan Ave Evansville, IN between 07:10 06/19/2012 and 07:30 06/19/2012.
Officer running radar on I-164 and Oak Grove Rd with Officer K. Matthews clocked a black BMW TX 12 northbound on I-164 doing 92 mph in a 60 mph zone. The vehicle was swerving in and out of traffic and then quickly cut between other vehicles to take the Morgan Ave exit. The driver of the vehicle was identified as a juvenile who stated he was running really late for summer school in Boonville. Signs are posted and visible. Day/dry. 

Debaillie, Thomas - Arrest on charge of OMVWI at 2299 Pollack Ave/Michael Ave......Society - Victim of OMVWI at 2299 Pollack Ave/Michael Ave Evansville, IN between 15:57 06/19/2012 and 16:01 06/19/2012.
The driver of the vehicle was involved in an accident and intoxicated on scene. The driver was taken into custody on scene and transported to the jail. 

Mortis, ... - Victim of Harassment-telephone call at .... Jefferson Ave Evansville, IN between 11:16 06/15/2012 and 11:16 06/19/2012. Reported 06/19/2012.
The elderly resident has been receiving numerous calls from a subject claiming they have won 8 million. The caller tells him to go to Walmart and buy a $295 green dot card, then call him back. The scam tells him he will then receive the money after sending the card.

Homelife Studio and Suites - Victim of Burglary-non residential building at 100 S Green River Rd Evansville, IN between 20:00 06/15/2012 and 07:00 06/16/2012. Reported 06/18/2012.
Reported stated that sometime between late Friday night and early Saturday morning, unknown suspect(s) climbed the locked fence that surround the pool and entered the maintenance room. Once inside the maintenance room the suspect(s) ransacked the room and took the tools.

Wendy's N St Joe - Victim of Theft-from building at 410 N St Joseph Ave Evansville, IN between 17:45 06/14/2012 and 17:55 06/14/2012. Reported 06/18/2012.
Offender was hired to work at this business. On offender's first day at work, while in office, taking on-line certification training and unaccompanied, the offender removed $100 from office safe. A few minutes later, offender obstructed video camera view and removed $200 from office safe. 

Burger King Lloyd Expy - Victim of Theft-from building at 4400 W Lloyd Expressway Evansville, IN between 18:50 06/15/2012 and 23:30 06/15/2012. Reported 06/18/2012. 
Offender was a manager at this business. Offender closed the store early. Offender placed a cash drawer on the desk in the office, exited the office, returned and removed the cash drawer. Offender returned to the office with the drawer. Offender called Murray and told him that the drawer was short by $400. Offender quit the next day.

Dillworth, Regina M. - Victim of Battery-serious injury w/ knife at 609 Chateau Drive Evansville, IN on 06/18/2012, 23:35. Reported 06/19/2012.
On Monday 06-18-12 at approximately 2335 hrs, officers were dispatched to 609 Chateau Dr reference a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the victim. She was transported to St. Mary's ER where she was treated for six slash-like lacerations. Officers located the juvenile suspect in the area of Shamrock Ct. She was transported to Deaconess and treated for lacerations. She was then transported to YCC without further incident.

Dispatched to 1625-B Dresden in reference a narcotics complaint. Search warrant obtained. Officers located items indicative to the manufacture of methamphetamine. 

Liquor Locker Morgan - Victim of Robbery-armed w/ knife at 4001 E Morgan Ave Evansville, IN between 23:55 06/18/2012 and 00:00 06/19/2012. 
I was dispatched to the above address in reference to a hold-up that just occurred. On scene, it was deteremined that a black male suspect forced this way behind the counter and held an employee at knife point as he demanded cash from the register. A possible black female accomplice came around the counter as the male suspect got money from the employee. Both the male and female fled the scene on foot. K9 was unable to track.

McDonald's Burkhardt/Lloyd - Victim of Traffic Accident-hit & run/property at 49 N Burkhardt Rd Evansville, IN on 06/08/2012, 01:46.
Witness stated a silver suv backed out of the parking spot and backed over the Mcdonald's sign. Witness stated the vehicle left the parking lot and left in an unknown direction on the Lloyd Expressway. The sign is located at the entrance and says "Welcome." 

Society - Victim of Weapon-possession firearm by felon at 2004 Elmendorf Ave Evansville, IN on 06/08/2012, 10:06.
Officers were dispatched to the indicated address reference a subject with a gun. On scene, we spoke to the four witnesses who said an argument started over a variety of issues, including  by (witness 1) to share her prescription medication with (witness 4), and (witness 1's) dogs defecating all over the yard. (Witness 1 & witness 3) stated racial slurs were used against them by (witness 4). Family members of (witness 4), including the offender, arrived in a black truck to assist (witness 4) in his dispute with the other witnesses. The offender produced a shotgun, telling (witness 4) to "keep it racked."

Popeye's - Victim of Theft-other metals/scrap at 3300 N First Ave Evansville, IN between 15:00 05/25/2012 and 15:36 06/08/2012. Reported 06/08/2012.
Officer was dispatched to the old Popeye's building at 3300 N. First Ave for a theft report. Officer arrived and spoke to the caretaker of the property. He stated that he takes care of the grounds and when he arrived today he noticed someone had cut the lock off of the gate to the ladder leading to the roof. He went up onto the rooftop of the building and discovered that someone had stolen the coils and metals from three rooftop a/c units for the building. The suspects also stole the coils and metals from two rooftop cooling units for the walk-in cooler in the kitchen. Caretaker said that theft occurred sometime between 05-25-12 and today, 06-08-12. The approximate value to replace the damaged units is $40,000.00.

Society - Victim of Narc-possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish < 30G at 307 N. Third Ave Evansville, IN on 06/08/2012, 20:43.
Officers were at the listed address in an attempt to serve a felony warrant on the offender. Officers made contact with one of the residents who stated that no one was left inside the house. For officer safety reasons, the house was cleared by K9. The K9 unit apprehended the offender, who was hiding in an attic, and he was found to be in possession of marijuana. 

Fisher, Nathan Wayne - Arrest on charge of OMVWI at 2nd/Locust St......Society - Victim of OMVWI at 99 SE Second St/Locust St Evansville, IN on 06/08/2012, 23:29.
The offender was northwest bound on SE 2nd St at Locust. The offender made unsafe lane movement and struck a vehicle in the right lane. Then the offender's vehicle flipped over. Two motorcycle riders had to lay down their bikes to avoid the crash. The offender was intoxicated. The offender tested .12% bac at 0012 hours at the jail.

Society - Victim of Narc dealing-methamphetamine (manuf) at 1128 W Missouri St Evansville, IN between 14:51 06/07/2012 and 15:00 06/07/2012.
Detectives with JTF executed a search warrant at 1128 W Missouri St. William Jackson was arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of precursors after detectives found several items related to manufacturing methamphetamine in the house. 

Hunt, Eric Eugene - Arrest on charge of Narc-dealing marijuana >30 Gram at 2313 Pollack Ave......Society - Victim of Narc-dealing marijuana >30 Gram at 2313 Pollack Ave Evansville IN on 06/07/2012, 19:19.
Detectives of the JTF executed a search warrant at 2313 Pollack Ave and recovered marijuana and U.S. currency.

Society - Victim of Criminal Mischief at 803 Jackson Ave Evansville, IN between 23:10 06/06/2012 and 00:52 06/07/2012.
I was in the area of Sweetser and Linwood. I was flagged down by the reporter. He stated he was at a house on the corner of Jackson and Evans looking for a friend. He stated as he knocked on the door, a silver SUV, possibly a Suburban, drove by with the windows down. He stated as the vehicle passed the occupants in the vehicle started shooting at the house. He stated he heard about 5 shots hit the house. He stated he ran to his truck and took off out  of the area and flagged me down when he saw the police car. I stayed with the reporter and had a couple cars go by the area where the reporter stated he was at. Upon arriving in the area, officers noticed the house the reporter was at had been shot with orange paintballs. I was still in the area of Sweetser and Linwood when Officer Winsett and I noticed a silver SUV pass where we were sitting. Officers stopped the vehicle and after having the subjects exit the vehicle, officers searched the vehicle. Upon searching the vehicle officers located a black Tippman paintball gun in the back floorboard.

Boyd, Kededrique Alexandria - Victim of Battery-aggravated w/ firearm at 612 Taylor Ave Evansville, IN between 12:00 06/07/2012 and 12:05 06/07/2012.
The victim was at 612 Taylor, outside and was shot one time in the leg.

Harvey, Bryan Cedric - Victim of Battery-aggravated w/ knife at 200 Waggoner Ave Evansville, IN between 18:30 06/07/2012 and 19:05 06/07/2012.
Officers were dispatched to 900 block of S. Kentucky in reference to a male that had been stabbed in the face. Officers arrived on scene and located the male victim at Kentucky and Powell. The victim has a laceration to the left side of his face and was covered in blood. The victim stated that a black male with no shirt on hit him in the face with a sharp object, possibly a knife. The victim stated the altercation started over the sell of a pair of shoes and $20. Victim stated the altercation occurred in the 200 block of Waggoner. Victim refused to cooperate with investigators and signed a no prosecution form. Victim was transported to St. Mary's for treatment. 

Society - Victim of Narc-dealing methamphetamine at 1223 E Sycamore St Evansville, IN between 19:00 06/07/2012 and 19:34 06/07/2012.
Officers were dispatched to 1224 E Sycamore St in reference to possible narcotics activity and individuals with warrants. Officers arrived on scene and found that the information was correct. Officers obtained a search warrant for the address and located items related to the manufacturing of methamphetamine. 

Robinson, William Edward - Victim of Robbery-armed w/ knife at 402 Read St Evansville, IN between 23:32 06/07/2012 and 23:37 06/07/2012.
Officers were dispatched to 402-B Read St in reference to a hold up in progress. When I arrived I spoke with the victim. He said he was on his way home from Fred's Bar when two males, one white and one black, approached him on mountain bikes. The victim stated he had never seen the subjects before. He said they demanded him to give them his money or they would cut his throat. He stated that the black male pulled a knife and cut his shirt. He also said that the white male punched him in the back. The victim said the suspect then took a five dollar bill out of his pocket before leaving southbound on their bikes. The victim then walked down the street to his house to call 911. AMR was called to the scene due to the victim having a complaint of pain in his back, but he refused treatment at this time. Detective Sides came to the scene and spoke with the victim. Det. Sides also took pictures of the victim and collected his shirt for evidence.

Birkle, Kelly Joseph - Arrest on charge of Weapon-sawed off shotgun, Deal/Manu at 3201 Oak Hill Rd......Society - Victim of Weapon-sawed off shotgun/Deal/manu at 3201 Oak Hill Rd Evansville, IN on 06/05/2012, 13:30.
Officers went to the listed address to investigate an active warrant. When officers arrived on scene, we observed Kelly Birkle sitting in the carport area and another white male exit the house, later identified as William Ellison. As officers began interviewing the two subjects regarding our fugitive, officers noticed Ellison exhibiting irrational behavior that was consistent with narcotics use. Trooper Bean asked Birkle if he had any weapons on him or any illegal narcotics and if he could search him for weapons. Birkle consented to the search and voluntarily stated he had methamphetamine in his pants pocket. Trooper Bean retrieved the narcotics and sat Birkle on the ground near the steps. Officers asked Birkle if our fugitive or any other people were inside, in which he stated no concerning our fugitive, but admitted that there were three other people inside. Officers asked Birkle if we could go in and look for our fugitive in which he stated yes. Once inside, officers gathered the three remaining occupants and sat them outside. During our initial sweep, officers discovered items in plain view consistent with the consumption of methamphetamine. Officers returned to Birkle and McGuyer, since he was living with Birkle, and asked for written consent to search for narcotics, in which they both agreed. During our search, officers discovered several active meth labs, paraphernalia and a sawed-off shotgun in Birkle's truck. 

West Side Honda - Victim of Fraud-all other at 1732 W Franklin St Evansville, IN between 09:58 04/14/2012 and 10:30 04/14/2012. Reported 06/05/2012.
The suspect purchased two ATV's and wrote a personal check for $10,283.00. The check returned insufficient funds. The reporter called the suspect and he stated he would have the money in there soon and gave excuses. The reporter told the suspect if it was not paid it will be turned over to the police. The suspect has not made payment to the business. The prosecutor's office told the business they needed a police report. The check was drawn on BB&T Banking & Trust Company. The reporter has a copy of the check and other information on the suspect. 

Walmart - Victim of Battery-simple assault at 335 S Red Bank Rd Evansville, IN between 10:35 06/05/2012 and 10:37 06/05/2012.
Listed victim 2, Stratton, is employed by Walmart as an Asset Protection/Loss Prevention officer. He observed the listed suspect place items in his shopping car and leave the store without paying for them. Suspect was stopped outside the store and brought back inside. Suspect was verbally abusive and uncooperative. When Stratton opened the security office door to obtain prices on the stolen items, the suspect elbowed and shouldered Stratton hard enough to break a wooden clipboard that Stratton was carrying and then suspect fled out of the store. Police were called. Despite a K9 track and multiple officers in the area, suspect was not located. (Suspect's girlfriend) was with the suspect. She remained at the scene and Walmart employees decided not to charge her with the suspect. After gathering her info and the information on their car, which is hers, she was released. 

Raibley, Janice - Victim of Robbery-strong armed w/ injury at 215 N Burkhardt Rd Evansville, IN on 06/05/2012, 18:49. 
The victim stated that she was walking into PetSmart at 215 N Burkhardt. The victim stated that the suspects then stopped near the curb close to her. The female suspect then got out of the car and began striking her and attempted to steal her purse. The suspect was unsuccessful and fled the scene. There witnesses observed the incident. A witness got the suspect license plate number.

Coulter, Caleb Jackson - Arrest on charge of OMVWI at 3800 N First Ave/W Buena Vista Rd......Society - Victim of OMVWI at 3800 N First Ave/W Buena Vista Rd Evansville, IN between 21:58 05/18/2012 and 23:23 05/18/2012.
Officers Nutt and Hassler were dispatched to the listed address in reference to the offender falling off of his moped in the middle of the intersection of First Ave and Buena Vista. The offender was found to be intoxicated and transported to jail on the listed charges. 

Adams, Sharon L. - Victim of Fire Assist at 430 S Bedford Ave Evansville, IN on 05/18/2012, 04:30.
Mr. Mayer is an inspector with the Evansville Fire Department and he states that there was a working fire int he garage behind 430 S Bedford around 0430 hours. The garage fire at 430 S Bedford also caused damage to the back of the home at 434 S Bedford. At this time, the cause of the fire is undetermined according to Mr. Mayer.

Hayes, Jay Wayne - Victim of AMR Assist at 1015 N Fulton Ave Evansville, IN between 23:00 05/18/2012 and 23:06 05/18/2012. 
Subjects in the bar called 911 for the victim after finding him on the floor by the front door. The subject was extremely intoxicated and although there were several other patrons in the bar, as well as the bartender, that the subject was in full view of, they all said that an unknown person hit him and knocked him out. No one could describe the suspect and they all said they did not see what happened, although they were sure he was hit by someone. There was no evidence of the subject being hit, i.e. a mark on his face or jaw, other than a bump over his right eyebrow from hitting the floor face first. The bartender admitted that he had been inside the bar drinking heavily for a while and it appeared to me that he either tripped or fell and hit the floor face first causing the injury over his right eye. He was too intoxicated to talk to me and was taken by AMR for treatment. 

Anderson, Adam Steven - Arrest on charge of Disorderly Conduct at 2131 W Franklin St......Hassler, Nathan Lynn - Victim of Disorderly Conduct at 2131 W Franklin St Evansville, IN on 05/19/2012, 01:36.
I, Nathan L. Hassler, was on routine patrol when i witnessed the offender being forcibly restrained by several subjects outside Club Royale Nightclub. I pulled up in full uniform in my fully marked squad car. The offender saw me and began walking way from me at a brisk pace. I gave the offender several loud verbal commands to stop and he failed to do so. I ran up to him and grabbed him by the shirt to get him to stop. At that point the subject pushed me away with his hands and began walking way from me again. I again grabbed the subject, this time by the arm and told him to stop again. He pulled away from me and I was forced to take him forcefully to the ground. I used a wrist lock to place the offender into handcuffs as he was still struggling with me while he was on the ground and would not give me his hands. After placing him in handcuffs, I asked the offender if he was done causing a scene. He told me that he was not going to cause any more problems and I helped him off of the pavement. I walked him to my car and the offender again pulled away from me at the sight of the crowd that had gathered outside the bar. The offender began yelling that he was a taxpayer and he did not deserve to be treated in the manner that I had treated him. I pushed him over the trunk of may car and told him that he needed to be quiet and quit causing a scene. The offender was transported to the Vanderburgh County Confinement Center and booked without incident.

"Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a strange smell coming from the address. On scene, officers were able to detect a strong smell of ether in the air surrounding the home. Contact was made with the occupants of the home and meth making materials were located inside."

Society - Victim of Police Car Damage at 499 Washington Ave/S. Elliott St Evansville, IN between 10:35 03/16/2012 and 10:37 03/16/2012. Reported 03/17/2012.
"I was involved in a car pursuit on 3-16-12 at 2235 hours. I tried to stop a vehicle matching the description of a suspect vehicle of the shooting. The vehicle was a silver Chevy Malibu with Tennessee plates with two black male occupants. As I initiated the traffic stop at Washington and Elliott, the vehicle began to drive through alleys to escape. The pursuit lasted 3 minutes before the occupants bailed from the car while it was still in gear. At the time of the pursuit, I did not notice that my front right rim had become bent. The rim is still holding air at this time. I notified a supervisor as soon as I noticed the damage to the city police vehicle."

"Suspect took two Nintendo 64 games worth $14.90 from the Book and Music Exchange."

Marx, Barbara Ann - Victim of Burglary-residential garage unattached at 730 Wall St Evansville, IN between 23:50 03/16/2012 and 00:00 03/17/2012.
"Officers were dispatched to the 700 Blk of Wall St in reference to a theft that had just occurred. Once on scene, officers spoke to the homeowners about the incident. The victim and involved other were woke up by their dog barking at the rear of the house. The homewoner went to the rear of the house an noticed the side garage door had been forced open. The homeowner went to the garage and found the lock had been pried open. The (victim) then went into the garage to take inventory of his tools. The (victim) noticed that 5 of this chainsaws were missing. He continued to inventory his belongs and found nothing else out of place. Officers checked the area, but were unable to locate any of the missing tools. I spoke with several individuals walking the area, all stated they saw nothing out of the ordinary. The victim was given a case number for the burglary and information on how to add any other stolen items to the report."

Upon arrival the reporter pointed out the subjects who were causing the problems. All three were intoxicated and admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages while at the bar."

"Officers were sent a BOL for a orange moped with two white males wearing white t-shirts leaving Walmart west. Employees from Walmart stated that these suspects just stole merchandise from Walmart. Suspects were stopped on E Walnut St and S Garvin and placed in custody for different charges."

"Officers were given a be on the lookout dispatch for 2 white males on a orange scooter who just stole sunglasses from Walmart west. The suspects were described as wearing white shirts and appeared to be in their late teens. Officers made contact with these suspect at Walnut St/Garvin St. Walmart confirmed they had video of the white male wearing shorts stealing a pair of sunglasses. Walmart loss prevention stated he was wearing black sandals and dark socks as well as dark denim shorts and a white t-shirt. Walmart advised the glasses had a white frame. The suspect matched the description and was wearing the sunglasses on his head. The suspect was arrest for the incident."

"I was dispatched to a report of an intoxicated subject that had defecated at the bus stop in front of Bethel Temple. I located a subject that matched the caller's description sitting on a bench next to the roadway. The subject was intoxicated and there was a pile of what appeared to be human excrement behind the bench. The subject registered .20% BrAC on a PBT. She was transported to jail on a charge of public intoxication."

Landmark Baptist Church Victim of Criminal Mischief Institutional at 1624 S Helfrich Ave Evansville, IN between 14:00 03/09/2012 and 09:08 03/10/2012.
"Listed reporter is pastor of victim-business, Landmark Baptist Church. The church has been the target of multiple incidents of criminal mischief/vandalism in recent weeks. Today, reporter discovered one of the east facing glass windows had been broken out. Some lexan-covered windows on the same east facing wall had been damaged as well. Reporter also pointed out several impact marks from paintball guns on the north facing wall, with white splatters. A young member of the church told reporter that the person doing this is the described suspect, a juvenile. The member did not wish to be identified."

"The suspect entered the Wesselman's on Lincoln Ave and went to the meat section. He selected the listed items (steaks) and hid them inside his coat and exited the store without paying for them."

Dollar General Store Victim of Theft-shoplifting Theft-other <200 at 720 Lincoln Ave Evansville, IN between 11:08 03/10/2012 and 11:13 03/10/2012.
"The reporter was watching the store's video when he observed the suspect come into the store. The suspect had a blue bag with him that he put into a shopping cart. The reporter could tell that the bag was empty when he put the bag into the cart. The suspect went to the aisle where the bath items are on display. The suspect put several items into the cart and pushed the cart down the aisle. When the suspect left the store, the empty bag that he brought into the store with him was full and the shopping cart he had put the bath items in was empty. Crime Scene Officer Tony Walker collected the store's video."

"Subjects in residence were asleep when they were awakened by the sound of a loud crash from the living room. They found that a brick had been thrown through the front window, shattering the glass. They did not see anyone or hear any vehicles leaving after the incident."
